• Stood up and operated a full-stack AI platform prototype in a local Docker environment using agentic AI-assisted workflows: environment configuration, API key custody and security, deployment troubleshooting, and day-to-day operation of live demo instances showcasing upcoming platform capabilities.
• Ran and monitored model-powered enrichment jobs that classified and scored 770+ synthetic life sciences records across stakeholder interactions, surveys, advisory boards, literature and congress abstracts, verifying output quality in the resulting demo environment while managing API usage, concurrency and cost.
• Directed development and validation of demo prompt libraries for the platform's retrieval-based insight engine, defining constraints from observed retrieval behavior including collection scoping, compliance guardrails and zero hallucination requirements, and iterating with AI tooling to hold accuracy across congress, publication and field data sources.
• Delivered live demonstrations of pre-release AI capabilities to enterprise medical affairs prospects, including stakeholder alignment scoring and natural language insight querying, fielding technical questions on scoring methodology such as text comparison, time-decay weighting and data scoping, in partnership with Product.
• Orchestrated C-level, investor and top 10 pharma targeted demonstrations supporting enterprise deals from $250K to $1.5M, aligning AI-driven solutions with the requirements of medical affairs teams.
• Well versed in NLP, NLU, large language models, agentic retrieval frameworks, data preprocessing, data quality and prompt engineering.
• Advised clients as a trusted authority on AI and data analytics, navigating healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Crafted RFI and RFP responses for enterprise pursuits up to $1.5M with technical tradeoff and risk assessments, and facilitated client transition from pre-sales to implementation.
